Adults-Only Ski Holidays in Italy

A new adults-only ski hotel, Casa Cook Madonna, has launched in Italy’s Madonna di Campiglio, offering child-free chalet stays in one of the Dolomites’ most stylish resorts — a rare move in the winter sports market.

Casa Cook Hotels already run a number of beach hotels and will run exclusive adult-only ski weeks throughout the 2025/26 season. Guests can expect sociable dinners, tailored après-ski, and a relaxed atmosphere without the bustle of family groups — a format more commonly seen in beach resorts than alpine ones.

The flagship property is a boutique chalet near the Spinale lift, with 50 design-led ensuite rooms, a wellness area, and hosted dining. Packages include lift passes, airport transfers, and optional guiding, with a focus on shared experiences for solo travellers, couples, and adult groups.

Madonna di Campiglio offers over 150km of piste, linking to the neighbouring villages of Pinzolo and Folgarida-Marilleva via a modern lift system. Known for its scenic tree-lined runs and stylish town centre, it’s a favourite among skiers and Italian weekenders alike.

“We saw a gap in the market for adults who want a peaceful, sociable ski week without the family focus,” a Casa Cook Hotels spokesperson said, adding, “Madonna di Campiglio is the perfect setting — elegant, well-connected, and with a great snow record.”
