InPiste, a state-of-the-art indoor training centre set within the prestigious Luton Hoo Estate on the Bedfordshire-Hertfordshire border will begin operations next weekend . Opening on Saturday 18th October, InPiste combines an Infinity Piste ski machine with SkyTech Sport’s precision carving simulator, two of the most advanced technologies in the sport, to offer year-round training for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.
Designed to support both recreational users and elite athletes, the centre delivers personalised coaching, instant feedback, and data-driven performance analysis. Whether preparing for a first ski holiday or maintaining peak condition between seasons, visitors can refine technique, build stamina, and recover from injury in a controlled, adjustable environment. Founder Edward Phillips says the centre’s ambition goes far beyond recreational training, with a bold vision to nurture the next generation of British snowsport talent and provide a pathway to international competition.
Set in the scenic grounds of Luton Hoo, InPiste is expected to become a regional hub for families, fitness enthusiasts, and competitive athletes alike. The centre offers a relaxed lounge area known as the Après Zone, where guests can review training feedback or connect with coaches off the slope, while a dedicated viewing area allows parents and supporters to watch sessions up close. All equipment is provided, though guests are welcome to bring their own boots for a familiar feel, and sessions can be booked online with discounts available for multi-lesson packages.
