Soberski To Offer Alcohol-Free Chalet Holidays

The French resort of Méribel, not known for the sobriety of its visitors, is where the new company Soberski will be offering alcohol-free ski weeks this winter.

“The Alps in winter are intoxicating enough without a spike of overpriced alcohol,’ says Soberski’s founder Ben Coombes.

The new offer of hangover-free skiing chimes with the gen Z vibe and the increasing popularity of dry-January culture. Soberski launches in January 2026 and is taking bookings from July 2025 – by enquiring via its website or call Ben direct on +44 7907 572 595 to discuss requirements in detail.

“It’s not about deprivation,” Coombes explains, “but making the most of the week.”

With 600km of piste to explore across the Three Valleys it helps to start the day clear-headed, and there are cost savings plus a reduced risk of injury.
